If you already feel as though you have overindulged in the yummy treats and lavish meals that accompany Thanksgiving, don’t fear! Here are some easy tips and recipes that will help you get through the holidays without having your pant zippers working overtime.

  1. Eat a healthy breakfast every day.
  2. Snack on fruits and vegetables prior to attending a holiday party.
  3. Opt for the veggie plate rather than the cookie platter.
  4. Limit alcoholic and high-calorie beverages.
