March is my favorite month of the year because it’s National Nutrition Month! To celebrate, take some time to make a few small changes that will have a large impact on your health. When I find that I have veered off the road of good food choices, four of my favorite techniques for getting back on track are to plan ahead, use the correct serving size, eat less bad fat and more good fat, and reduce the amount of carbohydrates per meal.
