Option 3

Breakfast #3 cup of yogurt with granola
Yogurt with Granola

What you’ll need:
1 container of Greek yogurt with fruit (my favorite is Fage)
½ cup of low-fat granola

How to make it:
Empty yogurt and fruit into a large cup or bowl and mix. Top with granola and you have a meal on the go!

Lunch #3
Pizzadillas

What you’ll need:
2 whole wheat tortillas
¼ cup pasta sauce
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
Chopped green peppers and onions
Sliced pepperoni
Cooking spray

How to make it:
Spread pizza sauce on one tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese and top with chopped veggies and pepperoni. Place second tortilla on top. Spray the pan with cooking spray and place the pizzadilla in the pan. Cook over medium heat until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Flip the pizzadilla only once. Cut into wedges and enjoy! This recipe can be made the night before and stored in the refrigerator.
