Option 4

Breakfast #4 bowl of cinnamon oatmeal with apples and raisins
Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal

What you’ll need:
1 packet of instant plain oatmeal
Cinnamon
¼ cup raisin
1 tsp honey

How to make it:
Follow the instructions on the oatmeal package on how to prepare oatmeal. You can use water or 1% milk when preparing oatmeal. Top with raisins, cinnamon, and honey. Enjoy!

Lunch #4
BLT

What you’ll need:
3 slices of turkey bacon
1 leaf of romaine lettuce
2 slices of tomato
1 TBSP light mayonnaise
2 slices whole wheat bread

How to make it:
Cook bacon in microwave on paper towel to soak up any grease. Cook for the amount of minutes that there are slices (for instance, for three slices of bacon, cook for three minutes). Toast bread and top with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and bacon. When packing lunch, let bread and bacon cool before assembling sandwich. Put lettuce and tomatoes in a separate baggy to finish assembling at school. This will prevent your sandwich from becoming soggy. Bring along fresh fruit to complete your meal.
