This video has the same format as the SIT AND BE FIT television program shown on PBS. It offers a full body workout and is easy to follow. The 30-Minute Workout is one of the most popular videos. This is not a cardiovascular workout, but a toning and stretching program which has proven to be extremely beneficial to older adults, people with chronic and/or physical limitations, and those who have been sedentary for a long period of time. The only "equipment" needed is a chair and a towel. Most of the 30-minute workout is done in a chair, but there are some standing exercises.
