Thera-Band FlexBar with a "waffle" surface is used for wrist, forearm, and hand rehabilitation, upper extremity stabilization, neuromuscular re-education, massage therapy, martial arts, and sports grip strengthening.

The Thera-Band FlexBar is made from natural rubber and is available in 3 levels of resistance. The Red FlexBar takes 10 lbs. of force to bend to a u-shape. Green takes 15 lbs., and blue takes 25 lbs.

Latex Bands are available in 8 color-coded levels of resistance. Natural Rubber Tubing is available in 7 color-coded levels of resistance. Latex-Free Bands are available in 5 color-coded levels of resistance. Latex-Free Exercise Bands provide the same benefits as regular bands without the possible complications experienced by those with latex allergies. Handles are available for a more secure grip.

Accessories include door anchors for securing bands or tubing in a door (Assist Attachment Device).
