Promoting Healthy Activities Together (P.H.A.T.) for Youth Fitness and Nutrition


California Adolescent Nutrition and Fitness Program announces the long-awaited release of Promoting Healthy Activities Together (P.H.A.T.)!

P.H.A.T. uses hip-hop culture to keep youth active and educate youth about the importance of healthy eating and physical activity.

Each P.H.A.T. multimedia kit contains:

  1. A video featuring youth, hip-hop, and sport celebrities talking about nutrition and fitness issues plus a 40-minute instructional hip-hop dance routine;
  2. A music CD with seven original hip-hop tracks and a workout mix; and
  3. A 36-page guidebook filled with activities, information, and resources.
