NUDGE Corner: Water skiing at Any Ability Level



The National Users with Disabilities Group on Exercise (NUDGE) is a research project assessing the extent to which current knowledge concerning recreation technology is transferred into practical applications, assisting people with disabilities to engage in recreational activities. This month's NUDGE feature is water skiing, which is both a both a recreational and competitive activity that can be easily adapted for individuals with disabilities.
