In some ways, eating has become more convenient. If we want strawberries in middle of winter, we can usually find them. If we want something to eat at midnight, there are a multitude of restaurants open to meet our appetites. On the other hand, the question of what to eat has become much more complicated. With the thousands of foods on our grocery store shelves and the multitude of health claims surrounding us, it can be overwhelming and confusing to know what to choose ...
