The best-selling weight loss books, Eat This, Not That and Drink This, Not That have provided us with thousands of food swap ideas to save calories, lose weight, and eat healthier.

While summer can be a time when we're more active outside and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, it can also be a time of indulgence. Those summer picnics, 4th of July celebrations, and trips to the local ice cream parlor can sneak up on us.
