It's just like selecting lunch options, but doesn't include soup or salad. Start with a 5-minute warm-up on any piece of cardio equipment. Then pick two different types of cardio exercise. Complete 20 minutes of each type of cardio. Finish out your workout with a 5-minute cool down.
