Inclusion programs for youth with developmental or physical disabilities are integrated into programs, events, and activities throughout the year at James Kenney Community Center. The program promotes socialization and enhanced quality of life, learning opportunities that recognize every child learns differently, community involvement, recreation and leisure development. This site describes our offerings to youth throughout the year.

Staff proficient in American Sign Language are available on site to facilitate the participation of Deaf and hard of hearing youth. The City of Berkeley is an authorized vendor for the Regional Center of the East Bay. The Regional Center subsidizes qualified children so that we can provide additional staffing to meet special needs.
