Conclusion
It is simple -- anyone can benefit from exercise. Youth who possess a specific disability may experience different benefits from physical activity through sport than their peers with other disabilities. Sports and physical activity can not only increase youth with disabilities’ longevity, it can also improve their overall quality of life; and the best part is they have fun in the process.
