Smith Rack
- Photo shows individual's arms are extended with a slight bend at the elbows when the bar
is pushed up.
- Proper execution involves exhaling when the weight is pushed up and inhaling when the
weight comes back down (see previous picture).
- When coming back to starting position, the weight should come fairly close to the body,
if not actually touching the chest, before it is pushed back up.
- The seat belt is used for extra stability.
