A key component of leisure is discovering what you love to do. This exercise is geared to help you identity what leisure activities you find personally pleasing.

Exercise

1. Picture a favorite leisure experience. This could be walking in the park with the family dog, or dining with your friends.



2. Make a list of words and phrases below that describe how you feel when engaging in a chosen leisure experience.
