Place your pumpkin on the ground and get in a push-up position with one hand on the pumpkin. You may choose from a variety of push-up positions: on your toes, on your knees, or hips flat on the mat or floor. Lower your body toward the ground and press back up with one hand on the pumpkin and the other on the ground. Repeat the push-ups alternating sides and perform as many as you can in a 30-second period.
Modification: Push-ups can also be done against a wall in a seated or standing position.
