Another comment indicated that the concrete car bumpers block the accessible route to the sidewalk. This is probably technically true. However, it should be noted that ADAAG does not restrict the use of the drive lane behind the cars as an accessible route to the entrance. In this case, since the sidewalk and parking lot appear flush, modifying the bumpers to provide space between them would be an excellent idea from a safety standpoint and could be accomplished easily.
