New education course for personal trainers

ICAA has added a new distance learning course (with continuing education credit) called SrFit: The Personal Trainer's Resource for Senior Fitness. For more information, go to http://www.icaa.cc or contact ICAA at 866-935-3777.

ICAA offers tips on how older adults can become more active in 2008

To help answer questions related to fitness-related New Year's resolutions, the ICAA created its "Welcome Back to Fitness" website, a site geared especially to the needs of older adults, offering a collection of checklists, questions, and answers, as well as guides to age-friendly fitness centers, equipment, and trainers. Check it out at http://www.icaa.cc/welcomeback.htm.
