Weight Smart Column: Don't Let Holiday Travel Weigh You Down


It's one of the busiest times of the year for many people. Although it's a time for celebrations with family and friends, the holiday season is also very stressful. Holiday parties, traveling, and an abundance of food can make it nearly impossible to keep healthy eating and exercise in your daily routine. Also, during stressful times, the number-one thing many people will do is overeat and/or consume unhealthy foods. To help decrease some of the stress during this holiday season, Christine has provided some helpful tips to keep your physical activity levels up and healthy food choices to keep your waistline in check.
