One way to help solve these problems is to focus on the transitional period when an individual has completed a rehabilitation program due to an injury/disability. Many of these individuals spend weeks, months, and even years of rehab, but when they are done, there is nothing in place to help them continue their progress. This month's Director's Column focuses on this issue and explains the need for a solution.
