From the Information Specialist's Desk: Updates and Upcoming Events


A game plan reminds us that we are headed to a diet unfriendly danger zone called The Holidays. During this time, we usually do not work our regular 9-to-5 followed by a trip to the gym. Instead, we are heading for non-exercising days. We are heading for days full of overeating and drinking of festive holiday food and beverages�

Once we realize this truth, we can better determine both that a game plan is needed and the type of game plan we need to make.

  • First International Conference on Technology for Helping People with Special Needs (ICTHP) � February 18-20, 2013

    The objective of this international conference is to provide perspectives from the Arab world while focusing on all key issues regarding people with disabilities. By doing so, Saudi Arabia will be equipped to play a leading role in addressing social inclusion in the Arab world. Throughout the conference, there will be a special focus on education, employment, independence, communication and entertainment.
