F.I.T.T: Battling Gravity with Exercise During Pregnancy


As I sit in front of my computer for extended periods of time, my entire body yearns to be in motion. The more stationary I am, the more my muscles ache, and I feel the awkwardness of my altered body shape. As I enter my 37th week of my second pregnancy, I can personally attest to the benefits of exercise during pregnancy and following delivery, though my exercise routine has changed as my pregnancy has progressed. Normally what I would have considered recreational activity has now become the focus of my exercise efforts.
