Reminder - The CDC Disability and Health Partners Meeting June 14-16, Chicago, IL

The National Center on Health, Physical Activity, and Disability (NCHPAD), along with the Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD), and National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), will be hosting the first collaborative conference on disability and health titled, CDC Disability and Health Partners Meeting: Building Healthy Communities for Everyone.

Meeting Synopsis:
The Disability and Health Partners Meeting brings key disability and health leaders together to discuss topics that address the meeting theme of Building Healthy Communities for Everyone.
