The Gait Trainer 2 is exercise equipment designed for persons who have experienced strokes, spinal cord and head injuries, as well as amputation and other orthopedic, neurologic, vestibular, or age-related conditions. This piece of equipment comes with several features, including audio and visual biofeedback prompting patients into a proper gait pattern, high-resolution color touch-screen LCD display (easy to see and use), patient data storage, objective documentation such as exercise summary reports, an open platform that offers unobstructed use with un-weighing systems, and an instrumented deck that monitors and records step length, speed, and symmetry. The Gait Trainer 2 offers a speed range of 0-10 mph in 0.1-mph increments with elevation ranging from 0-15% Grade or -3 to 12% Grade and will hold a capacity of 400 pounds.
