Video Review: Home Exercises and Movement Advice for People with Parkinson's Disease

The Parkinson's disease exercise DVD is designed to provide daily instruction in exercise and mobility for persons diagnosed with Parkinson's and other forms of Parkinsonism. The DVD contains more than 55 exercises and instructions that have been divided into functional domains including walking, posture, standing up and sitting down, bed mobility, balance, flexibility, physical condition, and relaxation.

This DVD may also be useful for healthcare professionals such as physical therapists and occupational therapists. A 90-page PDF instruction book is also available, with photos and additional written explanations, advice, and instructions for each exercise.
