Weight Smart: Goal Setting


Goal-setting is an important strategy to change behavior and is commonly used in weight loss and health promotion programs, such as in NCPAD's 14-Week Program. Previous research has shown that goal-setting increases motivation and has a positive influence on improving eating behaviors and increasing physical activity levels.
