FITT Column: Using the Web to Promote Physical Activity for Everybody! - A \"Be Active Your Way\" Blog Post

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services hosts a blog called "Be Active Your Way" that discusses all sorts of topics related to physical activity, and members of the NCHPAD staff team are regular authors. On August 4, NCHPAD authored an entry that described the 14-Week Program to a Healthier You, including why it was started, what it was all about, and how well it worked. To learn more about how we are using the web and interactive services to help people of all abilities become more active and make healthier food choices, please visit this blog post at http://www.health.gov/paguidelines/blog/post/Using-the-Web-to-Promote-Physical-Activity-for-Everybody!.aspx.
