The Research and Training Center on Independent Living at the University of Kansas has a new brochure on tips and resources for starting a physical activity program for persons with disabilities. Setting a goal, scheduling in physical activity, and recording and rewarding your progress are a few examples of what is described in the brochure. It concludes with a listing of resources, including websites, books, and magazines related to exercise and disability.
