Person with Disability Needed to Help Row Across the North Atlantic

French marathon oarsman Jo Le Guen has rowed the Atlantic twice. Now, in order to raise public awareness of disabilities, he plans to row across the North Atlantic in the Ocean Fours Rowing Race, from New York to Plymouth, Great Britain. Recruits thus far are Franck Festor, a fellow French oarsman and amputee, and Angela Madsen, an American rowing champion who has paraplegia. Madsen seeks candidates with disabilities, ages 18-65, to complete the team of four. Candidates must be in excellent physical condition and have a high level of motivation, though previous rowing experience is not necessary. The race will begin in June 2006, and will last about 60 days.
