What do you think of when you hear the words, "fitness center" or "health club?" Images of a young woman in tight clothes with a perfect body using the stair climber or a young man with muscles bulging through his shirt lifting heavy weights? Note that fitness centers purposefully market these images in order to entice new members. But consider joining a fitness center for your health, and not to fit into a smaller pant size.
