HR 2992: Health Promotion and Disease Prevention for Persons with Disabilities Act


On Tuesday, June 3, 2003, U.S. Congressman Wayne Gilchrest of Maryland introduced into the House of Representatives, House Resolution 2292 (HR2292), the Health Promotion and Disease Prevention for Persons with Disabilities Act, in order to establish a more coordinated national program on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness for the prevention of secondary conditions for persons with disabilities.
