NCHPAD - Building Healthy Inclusive Communities

From the Editor's Desk: Resources for Self-Care and More

As spring arrives, NCHPAD provides new ideas for your involvement in recreation and fitness. In this issue, see our video clips on wheelchair tennis, and an inspirational article from Blair Wing on her involvement in wheelchair tennis. Learn to take better care of yourself with NCPAD’s information on how to: (1) make healthy lifestyle changes for you and your family; (2) assess yourself or your loved one for nutritional risk; (3) take care of your back with ‘back care tips’; and (4) read a review of stress management practices.

Also, don’t miss our State of the Science conference and the latest literature reviews.
