F.I.T.T: Take the WOMAN Challenge in May!


In May, we celebrate health and fitness with National Senior Health and Fitness Day (5/17/2006) and National Employee Health and Fitness Day (5/31/2006). And let's not forget the mothers and women in our lives! Join the Office on Women's Health, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, for an 8-week physical activity challenge beginning Sunday, May 14, Mother's Day, to kick off National Women's Health Week.
